Li Peizhen was born in Pingchuan District, Baiyin City, Gansu Province in 1984. He studied photography since 2006 and has studied classical technology independently in 2016.He is a member of the Photographers Association of Gansu Province. In 2016, he joined View Art Group. In September of the same year, he held a solo exhibition "The Source of Things" in Pingchuan District, Baiyin City. In April 2017, he participated in the second "Yangtze River Photography Biennale-Wanzhang High-rise Flatland". In 2018, he participated in the establishment of the "Dutch" Classical Arts and Crafts Research Center.
